Founded with a passion for culinary excellence, our journey began with the opening of Haus Restaurant in 2012. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include Concerto Restaurant in 2017 and Seoul Salon Restaurant in 2019, each offering a unique blend of Korean fusion cuisine and Italian dishes.
Inspired by the success of our restaurants, we launched Concerto Bakery in 2020 in Koreatown to introduce Korean bakery culture to a broader audience. We have also launched a branch called The Rise Koreatown Bakery (Concerto Coffee), bringing the delights of Korean bakeries to more locations.
Our dedication to quality extends to our coffee offerings, sourced directly from our Kona Coffee plantation. We pride ourselves on providing the finest dining and bakery experiences, continuously striving for excellence and innovation in every aspect of our business.
